(228) 5.56 full metal jacket 55 grain and (72) 223 full metal jacket 55 grain. Box says 300 on the 556 but it’s only 228 inside. The 223 are 2 new packs (20 each and the 32 loose). All are new, not reloads. I no longer have my AR, so no need for the ammo. Selling all for $125, not interested in trades but thanks.
