Comes with everything pictured except the ammo. Includes the gun, 2 50 round drums, 2 50 round belts, and 1 starter tab.

The gun is in pretty good shape and has a low round count I only took it to the range a couple times since I got it around a decade ago. Barrel is good with strong rifling. Minimal wear on the feed tray, top cover and feed cam. Everything functions like it should (for a closed bolt semi auto conversion). The rear sight flip up leaf pin was lost and replaced with a bolt and nut as pictured
