Remington 700 221 FB Custom, this rifle started life as a R700 223 26" 1/12 twist bull barrel factory rifle in the mid 80's. I had a gun smith (now long since out of business, probably dead) chamber it for 221 FB and my son had the stock fitted with a Pacific Tool AR-15 magazine system which works great some time ago. Unfortunately, my varmint days are over since my Parkinson's is now out of control. The rifle has 400-rounds fired since I'm the original owner and it loves anything in the 40gr category especially Varmageddon or V-max. It has a Timney HIT trigger, Burris 4.5-14 Droptine scope Weaver Picatinny 20 MOA rail, (replaced the Nightforce, which my son took), Thunder Beast 30CB Brake timed and included, it loves Magpul magazines (Pictured but not included) for smooth operation, it will use the metal ones but it doesn't like them. I will include a target 5-shot group at 100 yards off a bench with bags I fired a few years ago (I never got into doing reloading for this rifle so that is Nosler 40gr Varmageddon. It has been matte Cerakoted 2-years ago. I'm asking $2,685 shipped to your FFL dealer or meet FTF in the DFW area. If you don't want the scope/rings then it is $2,485 shipped to your FFL and I don't need any trades except cash.
